Am looking at the Citroën Xsara Picass as I have three children under 3…

Are there any tall folk out there who can reassure me as to the leg room?

    I am F605 tall.

    I’m 6′8″ with 40″ inside leg.

I drive a Mark II 3 door Vauxhall Corsa, the driver’s seat goes down and right back giving plenty of room for me, my 5′3″ wife can even sit on the seat behind me(!) and vice versa. Also random things like larger wing mirrors really help in getting your view just right. There are 2 main niggles for me, the rear view mirror around left corners can act as a blind spot and the lumbar support on both front seats is a bit short of the mark for those of us vertically gifted.

The newer Mark III, I borrowed as a courtesy car whilst mine was being serviced, is OK, not nearly as spacious but is helped by steering wheel height adjustment. The mirrors are too small though, the pillars separating the two rear windows (not boot window!!!) form a ridiculously large blind spot and there is not quite as much elbow room.

    Huw :o )

I have a 2006 Volkswagen Beetle, which I bought because the shape of the roof, which gives lots of headroom. With diesel engine it gets over 40 MPG.

Also have a Ford F250. Great headroom!
